How do I know when the school is closed unexpectedly?

Changes in schedules or unexpected weather that results in the schools closing unexpectedly will be broadcast by e-blast, a robocall to all district families & staff, and a message will be posted on the district website. Please alert the school secretary at Bolden if your phone number changes.

Announcements will be also made on the following broadcast stations:

How do I know when there is a delayed opening?

A robocall will alert all district families & staff to announce a delayed opening. In the event that a change in the schedule or unexpected weather calls for a delayed opening, or additional changes to the regular schedule, Bolden hours will be adjusted as follows:

Bolden 2 Hour Delayed Opening: 9:58am to 2:28pm

Bolden 4 Hour-Day: 7:53am to 11:53am

Bolden Regular Hours: 7:58am to 2:28pm

What happens when there is an early dismissal?

A call will be made to all district families. Each child will be accommodated as needed.
